About Us

Thank you for your interest in my massage practice. I provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage sessions that focus on each individuals specific needs. I utilize many modalities, including Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, healing stone massage techniques, in an appropriate mix to achieve maximum results for each massage session. I am a MD licensed massage therapist and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Additionally, I am certified in healing stone massage, pregnancy massage, fibromyalgia bodywork, infant massage/instruction, face toning massage, and dry spa techniques. My office is located in Frederick. I accomodate clients busy schedules by offering day, evening, and weekend appointments.

Company history

I realized the powerful effects of massage when I received my first full body massage years ago. I wanted to learn how to make others feel that good. My goal then and now remains to help others realize a balance in their bodies and lives through massage.

The benefits of using healing stones in a massage session are so numerous that I incorporate hot stones into my sessions, at no additional fee. Heated stones warm the muscles and enable me to more efficiently release muscular tension. I call this "ironing out" the kinks in your body.
